none taken. i don't take lifting that seriously anymore. i take cardio/staying in "shape" a lot more seriously these days. "normal" people ask me if i work out all the time, but to a serious lifter....nahhhh
stumbled on this forum after i lost a bunch of weight the wrong way and was trying to educate myself on proper nutrition......then i stuck around

Yieldtonothing's post got me thinking. You, like a lot of us here, are hard on yourself physique-wise. Yet to the general population, we're all super muscular and in awesome shape. I'm a weak fuk (most recent lifts bench 180x12, squat 217.5x10, deadlift 295x8) yet to friends, family, and co-workers I'm the buff strong muscle guy who lifts weights.
Few things are set in stone, except that you have to squat or you are a pussy. - Mark Rippetoe

i haven't given up, past two years my biggest battle has been injuries.
One thing I've learnt past 6 months is to work around my injuries rather then just stop lifting for long periods of time.1915,1933,2003, 2014 Genocide after Genocide.

By 26-27, I'd like to look like Bob Paris.
It very well may affect my professional life, but I won't be out of school for a long time so I will have time to address it. I think that you can maintain a very impressive physique without necessarily having it affect your professional life especially if in a profession that is open to entrepreneurial businesses which is my end goal. Look at someone like Manu, great physique but still kills his professional life
Edit: fuark everytime I see that Bob pic it is even more amazing. I swear that, in my mind, is complete perfection in terms of physiqueLast edited by Lvisaa2; 02-09-2013 at 04:50 PM.

You idiot, I said I like grinding my meat on your bones. You are on full blown whale status, and that **** ain't cute.
Lisa, someone on these boards (who will remain anonymous) thinks you've already made the jump into cell-tech supplementation, and said your low fat diet and short bulking bursts was evidence of your switch to the dark side. What do you have to say to the haters and doubters?Transformation Journal:
