I workout 5 days a week so I take a scoop 5 days a week and go off it 2 days a week (weekend).
By the last 1-2 days I feel a lot more tired and in the weekend I always crash.
Should I take it differently? I still drink coffee on my days off it otherwise I wouldn't be able to function at all and just lie in bed dead all day.
When should I take a week (or longer) off?

Also, if I workout at 7pm-9pm, should I take it around 5 or 6 for it to be more effective? I usually take it around 4, because I'm worried it will interfere with my sleep otherwise.

How is your sleep? I take Tues. and Thurs. off... every day I workout I take a PWO and usually don't feel drained. But I have a few different ones I use, and only take Craze on a day when I can workout early because it does seem to cause me to crash sometimes. I don't have that problem with C4 or Assault.
As far as taking a break, I usually implement a recovery week about every 8 weeks. During that time I don't take any, and my first week afterwards I don't take a PWO while lifting. So that gives me 8 on and 2 off.+positive crew+

Sleep is not deep during the week (craze still in my system), the smallest things wake me up, but I still sleep a solid 8hrs. Off craze (in weekends) my sleep is a lot deeper and nothing will wake me up, on monday-wednesday I'm still fully rested, after that the low quality sleep catches up on me, it seems.
How long does it take you to crash after taking Craze?

It doesn't always happen, but sometimes I'll crash around 4-5 hours after taking Craze. Plus I've heard other people say they feel drained from taking it. I've never taken it more than two days in a row(and never more than twice /week). Maybe you should try a different PWO next time(I'd suggest C4 or Assault). Gives you good energy(but not as much as Craze), and it may help with your sleep.

Yeah, I usually take it about 30 minutes before lifting. If you work out late though I can see why you'd need to take it earlier. You could try just taking it like you said, C4 for lifting and Craze for cardio. Or you could switch to C4 for about 2 weeks and see how it goes. If it helps you get better sleep it should more than make up for not having Craze. Or depending on your schedule maybe you could spread out your off days. That way you aren't dragging by the end of the week and your body will have more time to catch up.

People react differently. If you like it continue taking it, no need to change pre's just to do it unless you want to.
Generally when you no longer feel a stimulant anymore or have to up it above the manufacturer recommended doses you should take 2-4 weeks off all stims.

Synephrine is a garbage ingredient.
You can use Craze on cardio days if it helps get your run in, then use something else on lifting days... but you're still taking in caffeine every day. 200mg caffeine from product X = 200mg caffeine from product Y. If it were me, i'd use a tub of Craze, then switch to caffeine free Focus XT for a month break. Then go back to Craze if you want.Psych & handcuffs
