If the OP weighs 435lbs it would seem that he eats a huge amount of calories each day. Would it really be healty to drop it from something like 5000cal to 1800 straight away? (serious question)
Either way, the most important thing here OP is that you burn more calories than you consume. Reducing the amount of calories you consume would be a good start. If you can post what you eat on an average day I'm sure we can suggest some alternatives for some of the foods. For example if you drink Coke, replace it with water. Easy
Edit: and +1 to PopeGregorius, there is no need to take anything. If you make even some subtle changes to your diet and do some cardio you will notice a difference very quickly.

1. Get rid of your misconceptions
2. Calculate your calories and macros
3. Eat about 20% less calories than you burn each day while still meeting minimum protein and fat. Get the remainder of cals from carbs.
4. Buy a kitchen scale and weigh everything that you eat.
5. Count calories using a site like MyFitnessPal. Here's how to count properly.
6. Lift heavy weights to preserve muscle mass, on a program like Starting Strength. Why not your own routine? Read this.
7. If nothing happens after 3 weeks, reexamine calculations, and eat less.

Watch fasting twins on YouTube. You need to lose your obsession with food.
Calories per day should be 3000 to 3500 per day. Use myfitnesspal.
Once you hit 300lbs drop calories to 2000 to 2500.
Workout 3 to 4 times per week. Start with 15 mins eleptical and then full body resistance training to hit all muscle groups. Do 3 exercises per muscle group. 5 sets of 5 reps. Add weight to each second set. Last set heaviest one of them all.

Forget taking anything. Address the issue, diet. You eat way too much. Don't go straight down to 1800 as somebody else suggested. I would say start tracking properly (that means weighing your food). First step is to eat normally for a week, track everything to get an estimate of where you are now, take an average. Once you have that number. Decide what you want to do. Take off 500 calories to lose 1lb a week, 1000 for 2lbs etc. etc.
OP, as entertaining as Keith and Kevin are, don't take nutritional advice from them.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

too much confusing info, OP doesn't know what IF is and he doesn't need to at this point.
OP, all you have to do is take control of the calories you take in every day. read the sticky thread on calculating calories. thats it. you don't need to take anything, or do anything more advanced than that. just count calories, be consistent, have patience.
If he wants to further research IF thats fine, if he figures out 2 meals a day works for him thats great (its what I do too), because I truly believe thats the easiest way to structure your life for the long term, but he just needs to count calories at this point. 2 meals a day, 10 meals a day, who gives a chit.Stern Crew

There has been some good advice, but instead of just counting calories you have to make sure you're consuming the RIGHT KIND of calories. I always tell clients if you can't grow it, pick it, or kill it, don't eat it. From there you can calculate the calories but if you eat fewer calories from crap food you're still eating crap food and will be stuck.
Low intensity exercise is enough for now. You don't want to kill yourself and drop out early. Keep it simple, find a solid plan (there's plenty available here), and keep in mind you're just starting out on this journey. Finding a plan you can stick with is the most important aspect here. Feel free to PM me if you need any help along the wayACE CPT

OP, eat whatever you want, don't think about going to the gym for 6 months, and just focus on accurately tracking calories (you need to weigh your food and use an app to track) and eating between 2000 and 2500 each day.
I was in your exact position almost a year ago and now I'm south of 250; I was able to accomplish through calorie control and, eventually, heavy lifting.Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.

If you don't know what eating clean means then you don't belong on BB. I've got better things to do than get into petty arguments.
If you understand weight loss then obviously caloric deficit is the main key. IF just makes life simple and does actually speed up weight loss.
This would be the ideal challenge. Eat the same calories every day for two weeks and measure weight loss. Then do exactly the same but IF. Weight loss will be more on IF guaranteed.
Hey but this is all just advice do whatever the fu##^&##$^$$ck u wanna do

No, you just can't define it because there is absolutely no reasonable, rational definition.
No, it doesn't speed up weight loss, if you don't understand that you don't belong on BB.
Given weight loss is non-linear, they might. But there is an equal chance they might not.
Stop quoting/taking nutrition advice from the Hodge twins.R.I.P urukhai29, sentinel3, AncientYouth.

Find then I will make this really simple:
- Drop your calorie intake to 3kcals a day.
- Eat 200g of protein a day
- Get on a full body split 3x a week workout routine
- Do some cardio on the off days of the routine.
- After 6 months of this drop the cals to 2.5k and then after another 6 months drop the cals again to 2k until you get to your desired weight.
