Question Bench : Squat : Deadlift (5RM ratio)

Generally speaking what should the ratios be for 5 reps max.

Lets say someone can flat bench 220lbs(100kgs), how much should he be able to squat and dead lift for 5 reps. Thanks.

    bout tree fiddy...

Seriously why does it matter? Everyones leverages are different and so their lifts are going to be different.

    12.25:3.5:1 = 3.50. What's the problem?

There are two very basic ways of looking at it. 1.5xbw bench, 2xbw squat, 2.5xbw deadlift. Or a 225 bench would mean a 315 squat and 405 deadlift. These numbers are goals to shoot for, but honestly pointless. Leverages, form and work put in determine numbers. Don't get caught up on numbers.
    Experience, not just theory

Knickers firmly unknotted. It seems you are upset that I gave you as good an answer as any, implied that it was a stupid question and then explained why.

Check your knickers. They may be knotted.
