    Dire Need of Help

    Okay, it's not dire, but it's important to me. I'm enlisted in the USMC, I go to MCRD SD July 1st, 2013. I can do 33-41 pull-ups on the spot, 87 sit-ups in 2 minutes, and run 3 miles in 21:00-22:30 minutes. I've plateaued :-/ I've been taking an extreme amount of supplements. Universal Animal Pak & Flex, Muscle Pharm Combat & Recovery, and creatine with 100% Creapure. I don't understand why I've plateaued? My body type is ectomorph (6'1" 155lbs) and I only do calisthenics (my routine comes from Paul Wade's book "Convict Conditioning") I also run 1 mile as a warm-up and 1 mile as a cool-down. I eat a normal diet, some junk food here and there but it is predominately healthy. On average I consume 3,200 calories a day. Any help would be much appreciated. I'm in a bad case of trench warfare with me body...

    I do a special kind of calisthenics though. I can't really explain it through words... Go to youtube and look up Convict Conditioning Workout; it'll give you an idea.

    i dont understand what you plateaued in. You dont weight lift, so your body isnt being put on new strain... so change your workout?
