    I think the issue with extra skin comes from losing a lot of weight, quickly. I still have some and it sucks but such is life.

    It's unreal how different people treat you when you're fit and noticeably muscular.

    Hung with some people I hadn't seen in years, as well as some people I hadn't met for a birthday.

    I'm by no means huge (see my avi) just some decent definition and enough size that people know I lift.

    Got tons of compliments from the girls I hadn't seen in a while, the guys were making jokes about lifting/muscles the whole time.

    If you don't act like an ass, people tend to like and respect you way more. You can have the same exact personality @350 lbs fat, or @180 lbs lean, and you will be treated 1000x better by 98% of people as the transformed version of yourself.

    For whatever reason, being fit and/or muscular simply commands respect from people. People will give you way more attention, want your approval more, etc.

    The only drawback I've ever noticed is that people are more likely to label you a meathead or D-bag initially. However, if you're nice, sociable, and open to people it is easy to change impressions.

    Since everyone else here has transformed nice, I was hoping I could get some advice about my cut right now. My stats arent accurate at the moment, but January 1st I was 265 lbs at 5'11 prob 30% bf%, now Im 226 lbs high teens bf%.

    My macros have been as follows:

    Cal: 1800-1900
    Protein: 230g
    Carb: 140g
    Fat: 50g

    So up until recently my weight loss has been pretty steady, my lifts have gone up nicely etc, but this week I didnt drop any weight. I weight lift 5x a week and do HIIT training 4-5x a week for 30 min on the elliptical.

    Any suggestions to kick start my metabolism back up? I was thinking about dropping my carbs for a couple days, and starting to do my cardio in the morning on empty then weightlifting at night.

    Eat at maintenance for a while and then lower your calories back to where they were.

    Or just lower your calories beneath where they are now.

    Went from Lacoste size 6 (~200lbs, 17-18% bf) to size 4 (~190lbs, 14-15% bf):
    * People are nicer
    * Feel more confident
    * Easier to chat with strangers. Last Saturday my friends decided to call it a night at 11pm, I just went out on my own to a nearby bar and ended up getting yucky with some random people
    * Notice some women checking me out at the gym
    * I get more compliments on my clothing, watch, etc. (literally had a drink at a bar with my ex before our gala dinner and a random couple commented on how good my suit was)

    Now I'm not saying hot sloots are all over me, but there is a clear difference

    Nice transformations bros, really giving the motivation to keep on going. One question to all of you: did your transformation make you more cynical? I mean as you notice how differently people treat you just and only because your appearance has changed? I mean im cynical/borderline sociopath pretty much already after reading too much stuff in here and other sites.(slootsgonnasloot and whatnot) But I cant imagine how it would feel like.. same time feel good that people treat you nice but same time feel bad that its only because of your changed appearance and not how you really are as a person/treat the other people? Kinda like I think a lottery winner would feel after the bishes come flockin and he is still the same 5'5 300 pound ball with the exact same personality than before.

    personally was 215lbs in 2007-08 dropped to a lean 170lbs, bulked my way up to 210, test 500mg a week put me at 230lbs 19.5in arms then have cruised to 215 till now. currently cutting and sitting at 197lbs...slowly but surely we will all make it brahs.....
    1- the world is full of shallow individuals and that includes some of us.
    2- life is overall better and easier to handle, puzzy by the bucketz
    3- girls be all over and mirin
    4- fellas be either hatin' or say HI with a deep voice...lulz.

    the only thing that bothers me is sometimes when you are on that there size phase people will automatically label you as a meat head or roid infused idiot. I just keep calm and collected and say to myself "dat thur ignorance".
    Also dudes be peeking at you while you train.

    Just 5 months into lifting, I didnt change as much as most of the guys posting here. But I got a bit bigger..

    I don't notice people changed their attitude towards me..

    Went from 154 lbs to 180 lbs.
