    How does this routine look?

    Current weight: 160lbs 5'10 14-15% bf
    Goal weight: 170 lbs 5'10 8-10% bf

    Current best lifts: Bench: 165x3 ; Deads: 275x2 ; squats: 305x4

Been working out a lot the last 3 months, and have gained 25 lbs so far on a typical bro split, but I feel I have to be able to accomplish more.

    What im thinking about doing:
    Day 1: upper body power
    day 2: lower body power
    day 3: rest
    day 4: back/shoulder hypertrophy
    day 5: lower body hypertrophy
    day 6: chest/arms hypertrophy
    day 7: rest

cardio and abs on all non-rest days.

    2500 calories per day 40/40/20

bpi Test boost, mass-tech, on protein, multi-vitamin, fish oil, creatine monohydrate, c4

    Any thoughts would be appreciated.
