I've done my far share of reading on nutrition and other related things. I don't want to get "fancy" with it, but i will if it comes down to it not a problem. I'm not looking to have 5-7% bf year-round. I'm looking to have 9-11% year-round. I already eat clean and have been doing it for awhile, if i were to stick with eating clean year-round with the once a month splurge, would i be able to have the 9-11% without counting calories?

Depends where you are currently and if you have great genetics.
Also depends on a ton of other things...not sure how you expect everyone to answer that kind of question without any information about yourself whatsoever.OG 2004 Join Date
