    Just a question on cable rows. I tried them a few days ago and felt like 90% was hitting my biceps. Should I just lower the weight and try to make sure I get the form down 100%?

    Good post. Especially the part about the mind-muscle connection. Lats, for me at least, are the hardest muscle to engage. Your mind definitely has to be there to make rows/pulldowns worthwhile.

    Edit: great read OP, lots of good info in there. Just a couple of quick questions, during my back days I normally just T-bar rows. I haven't done Pendlay rows or bent over rows in awhile, actually I was always pretty weak at them. Should I add in one more rowing movement? Btw I'm already doing all the other movements you mentioned in your back day template.
