Hello all! This is my first post on the boards as ErgoGenix was kind enough to let me try out Ergotest. A little background on me, I'm 30 years old and weigh in at 203. I started a cut in January and lost 12 pounds so far to get down to 203. I'm going to be using this to keep my strength up, and improve my sleep. Also some muscle hardening would be good! I am on my second week of P/RR/S training and will update with my workouts and general thoughts at least 4 times a week. Please let me know of any questions or comments on my log and I look forward to meeting the fine members of BB.com.
Here's the workout this morning
Chest Shoulders Rep Range Day
BB Bench 205x7 4 sets at same weight. Last set was tough for me
seated machine incline thing that's plate loaded 80x10 80x11 85x11 (That's per arm)
Machine Fly 144x16 156x15
Then did pyramid on chest machine, started with 5 reps and added a rep each set until 10 reps. Last set burned real good!
Shoulder press machine 80x10 90x10 95x10 90x10
Dumbell lateral raise 20x10 20x10
Dumbbell front raise 20x10 20x10
No cardio today as I had a 16 hour day yesterday and it was hard enough for me to lift today!

So I hit up legs after work yesterday and felt great. Unfortunately I forgot my phone so I don't have my numbers. I'm feeling really good on this so far, my energy levels are up pretty high. Before I started taking I was usually in bed by 10 every night. Starting around Friday last week I've noticed I'm staying up later (11:30 last night) but still waking up with energy, so that's awesome! Lol, basically the exact opposite of my newly pregnant wife who has been needing more sleep lately since she's sleeping for two! My libido has been high as well and when I hit the gym am starting to feel very confident. Noticing some hardening as well but I'm sure there will be more of that the longer I go.
Legs Shock day
Leg press/extension superset
hack squat/curl superset
Dropset on Leg press
Finished off with 15 mins on treadmill, then 7 on stairclimber

Hit up PRRS Shock week chest and shoulders last night. Hot damn felt good! I feel it was kind of an off day as my bench numbers were down a bit but I felt strong? Must have been one of those days, I have DOMS today so I must have done something right! The ergotest has got me sleeping like a baby, and the libido is definitely up. Just wish the wife wasn't feeling so pukey being in the first trimester #wastedlibido

I had a pretty low key weekend, I had to work both Saturday and Sunday but hit up cardio both days. Dreams have been so realistic this stuff must be working! I've been feeling very great during the day and workouts have been good. Will be hitting up a back workout after work today, will update again after!

So man this stuff is really kicking in now! I've been getting up on my own before my alarm goes off feeling wide awake and ready to hit the gym! Dreams have been crazy but sleep has been awesome. Feeling pretty pumped up as well, Leaner and more vascular! So for leg day I had two Pr's, which is a big deal to me as I've had four knee surgeries but I had no pain at all and felt strong in my legs for the first time in a long time. Pr's were 3 sets with 6 reps at 300 lbs on the leg press, and I hit 360 on the hack squat for two sets of 6! So I think I'm finally ready to start squatting next week! Today was power day for chest and shoulders. A little under a year ago I'd be lucky to hit 225 for 2 reps. So I feel I've been making great progress as these numbers should show!
Barbell Bench
205x6 215x6 225x6 215x7
Barbell Incline
155x6 175x5 1755
Machine Fly
192x6 204x6 228x6 (full rack pr!) This one the weights confuse me, it's labeled that on the stack but there's no way it's that much weight
Decline Barbell Bench(Smith bar)
135x8 185x6 185x6
2 sets of dropsets on Bench Machine
Machine Shoulder Press
120x7 130x6 140x6 140x6
Dumbell Lateral Raise
25x6 25x6 25x6
Dumbbell side raise
25x6 25x6 25x6

So been out of town for a few days, sorry bout lack of updates! Still going well, I find myself waking up before my alarm usually and feeling well rested. Have been feeling very good at the gym, definite improvement on numbers and endurance. No real sides at all either! Can't argue with that. I had pumps from my arm workout Friday morning that I swear lasted all day. Been loving that! I will be hitting up the gym after work today instead of this morning. I should be able to post up that workout when I get home. Other than that I'm gonna keep rocking this!
