hello guys,
could you check the next couple of videos that I made. I never squatted in my life because I had an extreme back injury. But after my surgery (PLIF) (fusion of s1l5l4) my lower back is getting stronger by the day. I had the Okay to squat from my surgeon one year ago.
I first made a video, then showed it to some guys that I know (the know how to squat), they gave me some pointers and i've made some progress I think. Could you check if my form improved and what i still could do better.
