The fitness lifestyle has rejuvenated many of us o35'ers and thus we feel, and look much younger than we really are. So how old do you think you look? I had a birthday recently and a woman told me she thought I was 30 or 35... made me feel good.
Feel free to post a head shot to prove your fountain of youth status

Pet peeve of mine. I hate it when people tell me they've been told they look younger than they are. I hate @ss-kissing people who tell me I look younger than my age. I hate it when people say I look good "for my age".
Certainly there are people who truly do look younger than they are, but they're a very small minority. Get over yourself. Own your age.
I look every bit my age. And most people look every bit their age. Either they look good or they don't. End of story.

I don't attribute it to lifting; I just think it's genetics, but everyone always thinks I am younger than I am. I could not buy beer without having my ID with me until I was about 30, and the drinking age here is only 19.
Last time I got carded I was 38. SRS.
When I was in my 20's everyone always thought me and my Dad were brothers. Same thing happens now with my son, who is 22. People always ask if we're brothers.Insta: flexjs

I have the salt and pepper look but most people guess my age within a few years. I thought about coloring it but truthfully I get pretty good compliments and the fiance loves it.
and Keltron you havent aged at all by the looks of those picturesIt's not your beliefs that make you a better person, it's your behavior.

The darker it is, the better I look! I have a former student who is a 5th Grader now. He always comes up in the hall, hugs me, and calls me 'abuelo.' It's ok. Ha! Better to be verticle still, even if a little grey and haggered looking. Most folks are surprised when they hear my age. And yes....they tend to think I am younger. LOL

I don't think I've changed much since my 20s, a bit more grey scattered through the locks, but other than that, very little difference (same haircut too which is probably a bit sad).
I look at our wedding photos when I was 24 and still think I look the sameMy journal http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=150040863
