Rise of the Machines

Never liked this particular design of pec deck, horrible, horrible machine. The only one I've ever enjoyed using was a LifeFitness model where you held the arms out wide in a true d/b fly style. Will find a pic once I get home from work. Generally though it's dumbbell flys for me over machines, prefer the feeling.

In the short time I was able to use it, I really enjoyed this machine for rear delts.
