Difference between slow and fast twitch muscle fiber training

Need help in "how to specifically train slow and fast twitch muscle fibers"... I have read doing slow reps and keeping it under 12 trains fast twitch and anything more than that is like for slow (endurance) twitch fibers...So For example. I take weight "x" and do it explosively for 25 reps, am i training slow fibers and then take the same weight and perform 10 reps with 1 rep taking around 8-10 secs, i am training the fast ones?????

    Help..

Well firstly your muscle will be predominately a fibre type (type1, 2a,2b) so you can't exactly train a muscle with the intention to change it from 1 to 2b but anyways 1 is slow twitch which will is endurance so in the rep range of 15 light intensity(50%1rm), 2a (along with 2b is fast twitch the difference being 2a is a mixture of type1 and 2b which provides endurance with the ability of explosiveness for team sports) around 8reps for medium intensity (60-70%) and 2b around 5reps high intensity (80%)

The only thing you need to know about fiber types is that certain muscles are composed primarily of slow/fast twitch fibers enough that it's optimal to train them a certain way. Example the gastroc and low reps/high weight, and the soleus with higher reps/less weight. You can just completely forget about specifically trying to target certain types of fibers in a muscle.
The best years of your life are the ones in which you decide your problems are your own. You do not blame them on your mother, the ecology, or the president. You realize that you control your own destiny.
