    Breakfast?

I really don't like egg whites and I wanted to know if there are other meals I can substitute instead of them?

Bacon, smoked salmon, oatmeal, or whatever you desire or you can just skip breakfast if you prefer.

Absolutely not. Unless you choke down your egg whites, you'll looz all yer gainz.
    No brain, no gain.

If you can get out of the mindset of what most people normally eat for breakfast, you can eat or have anything.

Protein shake blended with some oats, natural PB, and a semi ripe banana is great for people who dont have appetites upon waking or want to eat whole foods.

I have and do eat chicken with a complex carb upon waking and I have eaten egg whites for dinner just because I had a craving for them.

I dont even look at meals as breakfast, lunch and dinner anymore, its more like meal 1, 2, 3 etc...

I never have an appetite in the morning so I'll definitely try that shake and oats.

You recommend a processed fast food (protein shake) for folks that want to consume whole foods? Wow, just wow.
