Have any of you used Beverly International products or followed any of their programs? I am looking for opinions on the company... thanks

Yes...I use their products and have had nothing but success with them. No BS, fluff ingredients, false marketing, or fly by night formulations. You pay a little more, but the quality and service they provide is second to none. Their programs are a great place to start and many have gotten great results simply following them to the letter. I started with one of their nutrition protocols and as I progressed was able to tweak it to better fit my specific needs. I still follow the basic outline of their diet to this day and have continued to improve year after year.
