Ok let me start with the fact i have never done heavy lifting before. The last time i lifted at all was in High School and that was very little, and was 11 years ago. Ok anyways I started working out a month and a half ago and my max bench then was 200, I believe i deadlifted only like 245, squatted 300, my inclines i did only like 135. Well last week I got 270 bench at the end of the workout, had a 425 squat and did 205 incline. I didnt mention all of the workouts we do, but is this good gains? I think a lot of the increase is because may form was way bad before and i have worked on improving it. Thanks
