    What im working with!!!

    I want to lose fat help, Any recommendations cardio? I have a bowflex extreme 2 LOL NEED REAL WEIGHTS LOL

    A secondhand 300lb barbell set might knock you back 150 bucks. About one tenth what a Boflex machine might cost, but ten times better.

    Sell the Bowflex, use money to buy weights.

    Unless it is obvious to anyone who isn't blind that you lift weights, you might still benefit from a little more attention to big basic barbell exercises for enough reps:).
