Hey guys,
I am needing some help with dieting, i am trying to build mass. i was 165lb now i am around 175 -180lb bouncing in around 2 to 3 months.
tho i am working out for all of mu upper body! i got 6 - 7 times a week with intense workouts (addiction).
but my diet i feel like its not enough but i am full all the time and its making me sick!!
i take around 3000 cal. 180g of protein.
i take oatmeals once a day 2 packs ( one pack with high fibre and the other with protein)
1 egg 4 egg whites not sure how much 20 to 30
3 shakes of mass gainers 850 cal. and 60g in total.
1 tuna can 30 grams
lots of bread 3 to 4 toasts with the eggs
lunch differs but its heavy with carbs and protein.
2 cups of milk 2% 260 cal 18g protein
i think i am looking at 40% carbs 40% protein 20% fats. i am tall so fast metabolism.
PLEASE make my day and say its a good diet plan, and its enough.
P.S i am trying to build like Zyzz.
