I honestly thought my bf was lower but I guess not!
Also, what's the most percent you can drop in 30 days?

Why?
Depends.
Stepping on stage, bad.
Compared to 99% of the population, good.
What % are you trying to get down to?

I'd love to see pics of 9% at 207lb, that's pretty beastly. Since your goal is 4%, i think you may have some misconceptions about bf, of course I could be wrong.

This^^^ It's hard to believe you're anywhere near 9% @ 207lbs w/out years of training under your belt.

Not very accurate all the time:

Anyone who has been weighed underwater will tell you that it’s not a very comfortable process. You have to get in a swimsuit, get as much air as possible out of your swimsuit when in the water, get as much air bubbles as possible off of your skin, blow out as much air as possible, and then submerge underwater while sitting on a “swing”. You have to remain steady as the person takes the measurement. You will often need to repeat this numerous times to get a decent measurement. A lot of things can contribute to error in the measurement, such as not successfully blowing out all the air in your lungs, or having air bubbles trapped in your hair.
Even under absolutely perfect circumstances, there are still sources of error. You have to estimate the amount of air that is still present in your digestive tract (which will contribute to how much you float). Your lungs always have a certain amount of air left in them (known as residual volume); otherwise they would collapse. While we can directly measure this residual volume, most of the time it is estimated. This also contributes to how much you float in the water, which contributes to error.
However, the biggest source of error is where we convert body density into a body fat percentage. Most often we use the Siri Equation to do this. This equation assumes that fat-free mass has a certain density. However, research has shown that the density of fat-free mass can change depending upon your ethnicity. This means that the amount of error is affected by whether you are Caucasian, African-American, Native American, or some other ethnicity. Not only that, but a simple change in your body weight can also change the density of your fat-free mass. This means that weight loss or weight gain contributes to error; this is a problem if you are trying to measure change over time. This also means that things such as your hydration status can change the outcome of the final number.

We're not saying it's wrong, just skeptical that's all. Especially when you toss around 4% as a long term goal since it's barely sustainable for a day. Most important thing is that you're happy with your progress regardless of a silly number.

Well, the most conditioned ifbb pros do approach 4% on the stage. And yes they are cell tech'd out of their minds obviously. It's not sustainable even for them.

Why?
IMO, 4% doesn't even look good. Visible striations in every muscle, ridiculous vascularity. Why do you want to look like that? If it's for the girls, most of them will be disgusted by 4% BF.

Ha'ha! I meant more like 10-12 years and I don't think you realize how hard it is to get below 10% and maintain it for that matter. Let us see some pictures...

In reality, 4% is sustainable....for a few hours, under heavily observed fluid/sodium/carb intake. And even then it's not exactly spring break aesthetic (if the ultimate beach bod is what you're going for), as you even have glute striations at that point.
Here's a good comparison photo:

9% body fat at a BMI of 28 would be a specimen, like one in a thousand, and the OP would know this (there's be no need to ask "Is this good?"), that's why I am skeptical. Can we at least see the dunk test print-out?

I still don't think you realize what you're asking for! I would guess you're closer to 12%>, and I would suggest aiming for 8% with the sure intention of getting to 10%, AND that's if you have enough muscle mass to look decent at that bf percentage.
It obviously takes effort to get from 18% to 12%, but not many people understand what it requires, or have the ability to push themselves past the 10% mark, and on down into the single digits.
Especially when your only goal is Spring Break...just saying.
