    Caloirie amount to lose fat?

    Idk if this should be here or not but i was wondering how many calories should be a limit to lose fat (midsection)? And also what exercises burn a lot of fat?

    Also its here cause the only reason im slimming is for football. Im 140 but i have a lot of midsection fat.

    In my experience, you need intense, anaerobic interval training. If you're seasoned at running I would say try for best time on a 2 mile run 3/4 times a week, if you aren't a runner than try 1.5 miles instead, cause for me it's usually right after that when I hit the wall.

    Basically, cardio cardio cardio. Midsection fat, like face fat, is some of the most complained about but the best answer (although its frustrating) is just general weight loss. Everyone's body is different though. I lost 65 lbs. over the course of a few months - the double chin went away first, then most of the belly bulge, then thigh flab, then arm flab, then most the rest of the belly bulge.
