    Tricep exercises

I would like to even out my triceps so I want to start using DBs more. Can I replace tri pushdowns for tri kickbacks. What are some tricep exercises using dumbbells

Don't replace pushdowns, just add overhead extensions, one arm or both, dumbell skullcrushers are a good choice also

You can do a similar movement to this with DB's. It's very effective at hitting all 3 heads. Skip to around the 10:00 mark if you want to watch the exercise and skip the talk.

I like doing the lying barbell tricep extensions.
Similar to skullcrushers, but instead of stopping at your forehead, continue moving the bar down below your head.

    My Tricep work consists of:

    V bar push downs,
Overhead Extensions (BB), (or "skullcrushers" with DB's),
    Dips

You want to even out your triceps? You're 158 lbs. Gain triceps mass via good massbuilding exercises (cgbp or dips, skulls or OH ext, pushdowns, etc) and the overall size you gain will minimize if not completely fix any symmetry "problem" you think you have. You can't carve the incredible hulk out of paris hilton.
Who was this love of yours?

The triceps also get worked during heavy compound lifts like various bench press angles, military press (well any OHP) and dips. Pushdowns are a great exercise, I would keep them in but you can swap them in and out for any of the exercises recommended by others above (or just do them all).

Yup, tried these today and going to keep them! My triceps are pretty weak anyhow so these were just the thing I was looking for!

If you can try close-grip swiss bar bench press, killer!
