So chump07 is angry with Flex because he has a fat head?
I'm confused.
Flex does not have a fat head. But his GF has a hyoooge head. Flex has a lovely head. Mine is massive.
I even wrote a song about it. SRS. It's called "I Have a Big Head".

For someone with self professed lethal MA skills you seem pretty insecure and in need of validation - and with strangers on an internet forum no less.
Please keep posting though; it's somewhat entertaining.

I've posted that in the kiddy pool section before and had all the little dreamers swear that they will have 18" ripped arms in contest condtion like their 'natural' idols, but it doesnt really work like that.. that's bigger than metzer or zane were onstage in their prime.
Great post, I was on another forum and people thought Zanes's physique was "easily achievable" with a few years of serious training.

Read how it was compiled. http://www.weightrainer.net/maximum_potential.html
It is as accurate a portrayal of what the best of the best can develop. That said, you should not miss the "Maximum" in the calculation. The data pool was all elite guys. (that is the point).
While true, there may be some that will exceed a measurement here or there, you are not likely to find someone who will across the board exceed these numbers. (naturally). This calculator predicts a very well balanced mr universe type or top level national competitor. If your measurements match up, chances are you look awesome.
A bunch of guys that read this might think....'my arms are bigger then they predict'. Again this is assuming 10%bf or less. Those arms will not measure the same as you lean out.
I think it is a great tool...but dont forget, this is like comparing your sprint times to those of olympic sprinters to ask what the maximum achievable is. Depending on how blessed you are genetically, will be the primary determination on how large and muscular you can get. Then there is always the 'natural' aspect to this data. With external supplements, these can be exceeded as well.

I checked it after 3 posts and thought, "how much can be added". Had to come back in when it got to 3 pages to see if it was ID, FLEX, BTO or BH that had jimmies rustled. Ever notice it's guys that show proof of their progress on here that are attacked the most by avi'less guys who claim greatness. I'm sure champ has many videos of his a$$ whooping around the globe
