You cannot spot reduce fat. This cannot be emphasized strongly enough. Eat at a caloric deficit and you'll lose fat, all over, not just on your stomach. As someone famous whose name I forget once said, "abs are made in the kitchen."

Things like avocado and almonds may help. Most of these foods that claim to burn belly fat wouldn't make much of a noticeable difference if you ask me. If your loosing belly fat and you eat these fat burning foods its because your working out smart and maintaining a proper diet.

not possible to target one area, Genetics decide where you will burn it first. Just be in a caloric deficit and lift heavy

It blows my mind that people actually think you can eat food and as a result of eating food they will burn any fat, let alone belly fat. It's mind blowing. No offense to the OP, he certainly isn't alone with the other millions (maybe billions) of ignorant people out there.

the closest food there is to "burning fat" would be high protein food with a high thermic effect.
but even then that isnt really burning fat

Interesting that people come to this site, which is loaded with information and principles of basic stuff. and immediately post questions on topics that are readily available for review. It shows an incredible lack of respect for others' time and a ridiculous sense of entitlement. Five minutes of looking other posts over would have answered this question several times over.

Foods contain calories.
Eat less calories than you burn in your day (calorie deficit) to acheive fat loss.
No such thing as foods that burn specific areas; body fat decreases overall.

You burn gut fat by slicing someone's mid region open and cutting out the fat. Once you have obtain this fat, you can then acquire a tool to light it on fire and use it on the fat.
