Apple Cider Vinegar + Caffeine pill = ?

Sounds stupid but does anybody think the acid in ACV would reduce the effectiveness of a caffeine pill or any other supplements pre-workout on an empty stomach?

I think I heard something about it affecting creatine, the reason having something to do with the PH. I would take it at different times just to be sure. That being said, your stomach is not exactly a neutral PH environment, so you should be ok.
