About to take my first Primaforce Yohimbine HCL 2.5mg tab, is there any point in splitting the actual tab to reduce risk of sides and build up slowly, or is 2.5mg low enough to start?

It should be low enough. I'd just go with one to see how you react to it at first.

If you get sides at 2.5 mg, you are one sensitive sorry sap! ;-)

I wouldn't worry about splitting the dose. Most effective protocols use much higher doses, but it's not something I recommend going in blind on.

2.5gm YHCL Should be low enough but it will depend on your individual tolerance. If you decide to use higher dosing, work up your way slowly to avoid any possible side effects.

How much do you guys recommend before sex by the way? 2.5mg still? Or more at once?

So far I can tell my HR is higher, maybe a tny bit dizzy, but not anxious or jittery, just a bit buzzed... kinda horny but maybe placebo as my girl is all excited about me taking it LOL.

Personally i never felt any buzz or stim effect at 10gm or lower, didn't go beyond that though; only once i had some sleepness. It will depend on your personal response, for me i think increased libido started at 5mg for you it could be lower. I think YHCL is the best thing i've used for sex srs srs srs. Discontinue use or lower dosage if side effects are too pronounced

Took the 2.5mg 30 mins ago, felt an increased heart rate and a bit of dizziness but other than that absolutely fine, actually felt quite good, kinda buzzed.

I guess I'll try 5mg tomo? Do you split that dose or take the two tabs together?

The higher the dosage effects will be more pronounced so usually the serving is taken at once (no split dosing). Preferably on an empty stomach for fat loss purposes. If you're sensitive to YHCL don't stack with other stimulants it will increase chances for side effects.

Cheers dude. I'm thinking of trying 2.5mg before a workout (on an empty stomach) and 5mg before a smash tomo, make sense?

I'd first use 5mg Preworkout and see how that goes, libido increase (if any) would still be noticeable when needed. Then adjust dosage accordingly based on how you feel on it. For fat loss most follow Lyle Mcdonald YHCL FAQ protocol which is about 0.2 mg/kg bodyweight (One pill of PF is 2.5gm) but i don't recommend it unless you're sure about how you'll react to it.

I used to take Yohimbe separately and with C4 ... winter time is the worst, it makes you feel hot and cold at the same time which results in TERRIBLE workouts (for me at least). Some L-Carnitine before my girl comes over always helps to spice things up; you're most likely just feeling a placebo from your girl's excitement lol.
