    Ok...
    1. Stop associating yourself with bodytypes. You are an undereater. Period. I'm guessing you're young.
    2. Are bicep curls worth what? They isolate your biceps, which is all they do.
    3. You need to be on a real tested routine like Stronglifts 5x5, Babylovers SS, or an upper/lower.
    4. Focus on progressing on the major compound lifts- bench, squat, deadlift, row, overhead press, pull ups.
    5. EAT MOAR FOOD

Why is your time so limited in the gym?

    This^^

And it all depends what your goals are op, if you want big biceps then they might be worth throwing in there! But if you are just trying to gain some overall size then you may want to focus on the big compound lifts like rolltidenation said
You can't out train bad nutrition

    Bulking until college

    Goal weight: 165 to 185
    2/6 - 165
    2/13 - 167
    3-6 - 170

i work out at home and all i have is a 33kg adjustable set. I can't go gym until next year because all gyms in my area are 16+ and require id :/ This is my routine right now:

    Bicep curls 15kg 3 sets
DB bench press 33kg 3 sets
    Pull ups 3 sets
    Shoulder press 24kg 3 sets
    Lat raises 3 sets

I can't afford anything else right now so basically i'm stuck with this until next year

You can do squats and deadlifts with dumbells yknow. Infact you can do pretty much every basic movement with dumbells. So do a real routine like suggested above.

ah right ok i will add db flies and rows. However, will the weights be heavy enough to be effective when doing deadlifts and squats?

Are they 33kg a side? If so squats should be challenging for someone your weight.

Better than nothing at any rate.
    I used to lift
