I need help i don't know what i should be doing. All i do is go to the gym and workout and i don't know if i should be cutting or if i should be bulking! I've been working out for about 2 months. if you want to see my before/after pictures there on my profile (i don't know how to put them on my thread) what i'm trying to say is should i keep doing what i'm doing or change what i'm doing? oh and what do you think my bf% is in my profile picture?
This is what i'm currently doing.
I eat like 2500 calories a day right now. (i track my calories)
Monday-Chest/Shoulders/Tris/Abs
Tuesday-Back/legs
Wenesday-Chest/shoulders/tris/abs
Thursday-Cardio, like 30mins of running at 7mph then rowing for 15mins
Friday-Back/Legs
Saturday-Chest/Shoulders/Tris/Abs
Sunday-rest/ and or cardio (depends on if i went over on my weekly calorie intake)
