how can I lose my belly fat without lose wiegt?

Forever Bulking
You won't be able to shred the fat without eating in a calorie deficit, and that will result in losing weight.
My advice would be to start off bulking. Gain mass at a very slow rate. Once you have some muscle mass, then cut, and lose the abdominal fat. You will look much better cutting with mass than trying to cut without mass.

3rd Bulk Log:
Start (3/8/2013):
153 lbs, 8% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1003
Now (5/8/2013):
170 lbs, 12% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1152
Goal (12/1/2013):
175 lbs, 15% bodyfat, powerlevel = 1270
"WTF is powerlevel" you ask? Read my workout log for an explanation:

Upgrade in Progress
Lift weights and eat 10-20% MORE than your maintenance calories to build a decent muscle base. Then.... Lift weights and eat 10-20% LESS than your maintenance calories to reduce your body at percentage. Your belly fat will be reduced and you will reveal a more muscular physique. Cardio is optional and probably only best in moderation when you are trying to reduce body fat.

Crunches will work! Just do them whenever you feel like eating and your gut will be gone in no time.

I'm in the same boat. I started doing a crossfit/all body workout thing 2 nights on, one night off with some friends. I've noticed I'm getting stronger, with being able to do more pull ups, adding weight etc, and my arms are getting bigger. However, my goal is to lose the spare tire I have, it isn't big, but I want it gone. I've been doing this workout for about a month or so, I haven't lost weight, but people have mentiond I look like I've lost weight, and my pants are looser.
I'm hoping I'm doing the right thing to lose enough body weight to see my abs.

Some people just have really **** genetics. Your belly fat could be the very last thing to go.
Take the above advice. Do a clean bulk with about 10% over your calorie maintenance for a few months. This will get your abs bigger and stand out more. Than go on a cut with 10 or 15% deficit. Be patient and don't cut too much of a deficit or else you will lose a lot of what you gained in your bulk.
Currently cutting to try and get more visible abs. Once ~175lbs clean bulking.
