    Best way to re-comp in 12 weeks?

    Hey guys, so right now I look like I am in my picture. 6'3 186 lbs 15-18% body fat. Been lifting consistently for 3.5 weeks now. I have an even I want to look good for in 12 weeks, I was trying to gain a little muscle and lose a little fat. I was wondering whether the best method would be to recomp (i.e. eating at 2000-2200 calories per day 200 g protein etc.) for the 12 weeks, or to do a mini bulk-cut cycle. What do you guys think?
