Lightbulb Organic Bison ground beef vs Organic Cow lean ground beef

Whats better I was gonna pick some up the other day while food shopping but I opted for the Lean Ground Cow Meat. I might pick some up this week but I wanted to see what anyone had to say before I did so.

It's best not to look at foods in isolation but rather in the context of the entire diet

Bison meat has lower fat, lower cals per oz., more nutrients, etc.. but if you are already getting your required macros/micros from the rest of your diet and beef, it won't have any added benefits.
Learning something new here every single day... and I'm still not sure if I understand : /
