Tell me what you guys think. I was a little concerned when I seem the sugars but they are naturally occurring due to the lactose and from the banana.

1 cup organic whole milk
2 scoops Dymatize elite xt protein
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 rolled oats
1 medium banana
Calories: 743
Cals from fat : 160
Fat: 15.9g
Sat Fat: 5.6g
Carbohydrate: 85g
Dietary Fiber: 12g
Sugars: 29g
Protein: 65.8

Not all sugars are the same and most naturally occurring ones are fine even in the hundreds of grams. I wouldn't make a habit of drinking that as a daily meal replacement because as was said in the thread already you'll probably be pretty hungry later on. On gym days however I do like to blend steel cut oats into my shakes with some berries and such and the calorie count ends up being around 1000 and change so that being said I don't think there's anything wrong with your shake for face value, just how you plan on utilizing it.
