What's complicated about it? Lol it takes 3 seconds to make. Put banana milk protein in blender, get out 1/2 measuring spoon and scoop in oats and yogurt and blend

743 calories is a lot of calories...but when you weigh 238 pounds (or eat few meals) I suppose you can afford it.

Not all sugars are the same and most naturally occurring ones are fine even in the hundreds of grams. I wouldn't make a habit of drinking that as a daily meal replacement because as was said in the thread already you'll probably be pretty hungry later on. On gym days however I do like to blend steel cut oats into my shakes with some berries and such and the calorie count ends up being around 1000 and change so that being said I don't think there's anything wrong with your shake for face value, just how you plan on utilizing it.

you're too quick to judge the fullness and flavor powdered steel cut oats brings to a pwo shake. It would go wonderfully with almond milk as it has a light nutty taste and adds a creamy texture that is otherwise lacking without milk.
