Possible Nutrition topics for my Senior thesis paper (Reps) (Desperate)

I have a senior thesis paper on which we could pick any topic we desire. I was thinking of doing something regarding nutrition, whether optimal nutrition, amino acids for protein sythesis or whatever it may be. Does anyone have any ideas? I also need alot of credible sources for what im gunna try to prove. Any sick ideas? Maybe being broad enough with the thesis will allow the paper to be easier? Maybe focus on the effectiveness of the ketogenic diet?

    Heart disease?

You can talk about the history of it,
the factors that will contribute to heart disease (excess sugar, vitamin/mineral deficiencies, not enough epa compared to aa, blood pressure, etc)
You can talk about saturated fat myth, and cholesterol (high cholesterol is only a symptom, not the (or a) cause - lowering cholesterol is not the way to go)

Lots of things to talk about, and you can find many studies and sources about this topic

I'd go with that. Adequate studies to pick from and you can get into strengths and weaknesses of the studies.
