do you do gyes all the movement and reach at the top in biceps exercises?(barbell curls,preacher curl,incoine curl)or do not reach at the top because the tension lose..?
rear dels flies incline for posterior shoulder is it better to do at 16 or 32 deggres?arms bent or no?what is better for shoudlers?
also,do you work the tibialis anterior in calves or no?has anyone notice the difference in claves working this muscle?
