What's up people, I'm green as grass when comes to this. I've let myself go since my youth and I'm ready for a change! I recently injured my back (herniated disc in the lumbar region) and might possibly have two. I work on a tugboat that severely restricts my possible workouts. Any advice with getting started with such limitations? Thanks a lot!
