What is your workout schedule? Do you guys lift on Friday?
These are going to be my new hours and I really don't want to lift on Friday evenings or at all on Saturday or Sunday.
Im used to lifting Friday mornings. Could I get by taking 3 days off or is that too much?
Need some help.

I workout in the AM Mon-Friday before work like 5:30 am. Monday Chest/Back, Tuesday Cardio only, Wednesday Legs, Thursday Arms/Shoulders, Friday Cardio Only. On the weights days I do like 20 mins of cardio post weights. Cardio only is either 30-45 mins. THis is my current routine if in a hurry I cut the cardio and hit the weights only.

Started at 317 lbs in Feb 2012 Ended 172.2 in October 2013.

Currently bulking on 5/3/1... I am doing Mon/Tues/Thu/Fri (Bench/DL/OHP/Squat). I get up at 4:30, workout 5-6am, make lunch/breakfast, shower and out the door by 7am, 45 min drive to work.
Luckily I am able to work from home Friday which is good, because I'm able to take a bit more time to warm-up/rest. The lower body days kill me much more than the uppers.
I also work out at home.

I work similar hours.
I train at home (fasted). Lift 3x per week with LISS cardio following Mon, Wed, Fri. AM
Up just before 5 and straight into it - warmup, weights and 45 mins jog at the end, done at 7.
Got time for a quick shower, dressed and off to work, brekkie etc. all prepacked in my bag.
I don't live too far away, so can jump off the bus early and power walk or jog in summer since long shorts / casual wear is OK at the office and it isn't all that cold where I live.
