Hey im 17 and was wondering what exactly i do to join a competition. Do i just show up the day of it at the place or do i need to sign up before hand? also are they organized by weight, height, age or what??

Well you cant show up the day of the show and compete. You will need to first register with the organization such as OCB, NPC, and so on. Then you pick a show. After this you will find the entry form for that show and see how the classes are organized. Mens BB is by weight and Mens Physique is by heightFollow me on Instagram at ladsonj
