That's the standard dose; 25mg 3 times daily.

This dose is based on a rough concensus among clinically studied doses, some higher, some lower, some a lot higher.

Nope, quite safe unless you do something dumb like overdose it, dehydrate yourself and go play football in the searing heat.

like any drug... There is a percentage of the population that shouldnt take it.
the far majority of normal, healthy adults can take it without any fear, and with less risk then some "normal" foods or medications.
