Hey guys. I have been working out a lot more than I use to, and changed my diet totally and I feel better than ever!
Quick little story about why I did the change..
I went to the beach with my brother and some friends for his bachelor party and I was the fattest one there by a lot! I hated it, so I made the decision once I got back I would not look the same this coming summer. I was 211 at the time (August 12, 2012) and Feb. 1 of this year, I weighed in at 173 and have been there for about 2 months now. I am still a long way from my total goal which is single digit body fat and just have decent definition and be overall healthier than ever! Also I am about 6'3", can you guys take a shot at my BF%? I went to a gym in December and they said I was at 11% and it was one of those devices where you just hold on to a handle and it somehow tells you what your bf% is. I think it is not accurate. I think I am around 15% or so? Any help on what I need to focus on would be great! Still a few months out from final goals!
So on to pictures

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there. - Patrick Bateman

Thanks! I am down about 37 pounds or so which is exactly what I was wanting! Now just time for definition.
Yeah she is, but she is also a work out machine now too. She does those cardio classes at the gym every day and I have gotten her to eat healthy now! It's getting better every day relationship wise.

Thanks for all the words, guys! I have been focusing on different lifts the past month now (decline dumbbell and barbell, squats, variety of back workouts and weighted pull ups!)
Also, I figure since summer is coming up in a few months, I might as well start to try some ab work outs. I have been a big fan of planks and V-sit ups as well as a few static holds. I would like to do some hanging leg lifts, but it puts a strain on my shoulders for some reason, any ideas?
Quick picture for an update. First thing in the morning before working out or eating a breakfast..
