Okay so I'm having trouble with calculating how many calories I need. This is what I am doing so far
Daily Intake: 2074 calories
then I burn about 150-200 calories in PE and about 200 in lifting and P90X CardioX i'm guessing it's around 400 calories.
I'm weighting at about 197 lbs and 5'9 I just recently gained since the summer I know i REALLY let myself go not noticeable in my face but on my lower body and upper body. My macros were 114g fat 49%, 45g carbs 9% and 43% protein 224g today.
Do you think I need to eat more? I'm afraid if I do I will gain even more weight and the reason why I keep my carbs low is because when it was low and fats high I always had the best results so I decided to try this again. I used to be 220 lbs then went to around 170 but now I gained more weight and I wanna get back on track. Any feedback/help would be great thanks!
