    Are my legs proportionate?

Hey guys, I wanted to snap a progress of my legs, sorry the calves aren't shown but I feel like my calves are ok. I wanted to get an opinion on the rest of my upper legs. I do squats and presses but not too crazy with weight due to a previous hip and leg injury. Are my legs proportionate to my upper body? I don't want to be the "chicken legs" guy. Thanks!

They look fine op. One of my favorite exercises are one legged lunges on the smith machine, give that a try,

There is an idea of a Patrick Bateman; some kind of abstraction. But there is no real me: only an entity, something illusory. And though I can hide my cold gaze, and you can shake my hand and feel flesh gripping yours and maybe you can even sense our lifestyles are probably comparable... I simply am not there. - Patrick Bateman

The first time I tried them I fell in love with them, great exercise. Saying that I can't do them too often as my knees don't like them that much.

I always see someone doing lunges at the gym but I always fail to put them in my routine. I'll definitely give it a go. Thanks for the opinions, guys!
