I'm the kind of person that always doubts everything I do like it's not good enough.
-For example if I get an assignment or just work around the house done unusually fast, then I must have not done it well.
-First times every trying weed, I was never satisfied with the effects because I only took a little and didn't think I was high.
-The same goes with working out. I feel like If i'm able to walk out of there without feeling like I'm about to throw up, I must have not hit it hard enough (although I mostly train till my muscles give out, failure).
This kind of unsatisfaction can really demotivate me. People always talk about pushing past limits, what does that mean? My limit is when I don't have the power to do another rep.
