muscle pharm creatine- dissolves the best and ive seen the best results with it!! however does cause bloating

any old creatine monohydrate, just buy some tub of unflavoured creatine mono and that will be all you need. no need for any talked up junk

I personally don't like creatine. makes me bloated AF and I get stomach problems
but the best one is 100% monohydrate (german creapure)

Any sort of big brand or flavoured creatine is a waste of money. Plain packaging monohydrate is king i buy 1kg for 25$ in aus at bulk nutrients

Go with Optimum nutritions creatine mono. I feel no bloatednes and deffinetly making gains (srs)
Do a loading phase for a week then just take 5 grams everday after that. I know you dont have to but cycle it with 3 months on 1month off for most optimum body functions.
Just advice take it as you want"While your to busy tryin to fit in, ima stand out"
