What amount would be considered really good? Im currently 175.4 hitting 320. I'd love a x2 bodyweight benchpress.

Sorry to hate, but this is likely, particularly at 5'11. These are considered respectable-Bench 1.5xbw, Squat 2xbw, Deadlift 2.5xbw
