    Benchpressing OVER your body weight?

    What amount would be considered really good? Im currently 175.4 hitting 320. I'd love a x2 bodyweight benchpress.

    Twice BW is pretty good and puts you ahead of most. Your current stats are good as well.
    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.

    Try a real routine. Working up to almost 95% of your max every workout is just foolish. Ever heard of pec tears bro?
