2 months ago was driving through my neighborhood the day before trash pickup. One of my neighbors had set out a fancy, brand new, dip/pull-up station for the trash. Took it home, looked it up, and found it out was worth $200 new.
Well, lately I've been needing to get a new bench for my home gym. I was driving home tonight and passed the neighbor's house again, and he had set out a pretty nice, used bench for the trash. Just looked it up on line and it's selling for around a $100.
I can't believe people are crazy enough to set there stuff out there like that. Glad I've got it though lol
Any other brahs ever have this happen?

Yep, I got my entire home gym off the side of the road, I just dump it in my dodge and off I go, Although I go to a gym now it's all still in my garage, bench/lat pd/shoulder press mach/pec deck

Both pieces of equipment were obviously out for the trash. They were both leaning up against the trash barrels and a bunch of other empty boxes and junk.

I have found hella good shyt on my adventures and have made tens of thousands of dollars from scrap metal
but
lifting wise...
one time I found a shyt load of supplements like ON whey and universal multis and shyt, I was set for awhile
and then I got Olympic barbells and plates off craigslist free section when nobody really went on there...
and one time I found a squat rack...srs
