Rank my body from a scale of 1/10? A actual flex photo instead of a natural pic.
I know its not perfect but if you guys would rank it what would you put it at? I'm going for a runners build. I am starting a new thread as more as a rank one. I took a new pic and this ones probably better then my last topic because that I felt wasn't really all that great. It's my front side. I was 5'11 150 lbs and then I use to be 210 lbs at heaviest. I'm trying to build some muscle and have the stature of a runner. Am I almost there? Here's the pic.

Im sure this is about the third thread you have started asking pretty much the same question. Starting a new thread is not going to make you get the answers you want to hear!!
Runners body = so varied! Olympic distance runners have low body fat but little muscle size. Some look anoerexic. Not a good look in my opinion. Only good if you are serious about your distance running. Where as a sprinter has alot more muscle and IMO look much better.
You need to add muscle, by eating and lifting heavy.
you look terrible. it seems like you dont workout and spend your time on video games and the internet while chugging down mountain dew and cheesy poofs. spend a year in the gym and try again
