Started bulk at the beginning of Jan 2013.. Have gone from 178 to 185 (Pics taken tonight)
Back relaxed
Just a picture (not pumped... can't wait to cut for the summer. Bulking until the end of may.)
June of last year while I was cutting before the summer! Felt good man. First time I wasn't scared to go out and lay on the beach.
100% Natty. If I can do it than there is no reason you can't. The journey so far has been absolutely amazing and I wouldn't take it back from anything in the world. Went from a forever aloner to a guy with tons of confidence and a different outlook on life.

Worth every moment of hard work.
Well done.Started 2012 at over 410lbs (that was as high as my scale went) and I ended the year at 260lbs.
Still going strong while eating whatever I want - whenever I want; I just keep it to under 2000 calories a day.
