I've been working out for about 3 years and my results are pathetic
Right now I am 6'3", 220 lbs.
Current stats are: 1RM Bench 215, Squat 309, Deadlift 330, Chinups 5
These are my goals 1) B:300 2) S:400 3) D:500 4) Chinups: 1RM +90 lbs. added 5) be able to dunk a basketball
my questions to you guys are;
1) What program should I run?
2) Should I bulk or cut to get there? I will need to bulk at some point, but should I get my bf% down first? I tend to get those man boobs at higher bf's

I'd say get educated, and initiate a proper cut. I'd cut down to 200 and then lean bulk for a year back to 220.PRs
Bench - 295 x 2
Squat - 385 x 4 (90*)
Dead - 335 x 4 (no straps, reg grip)
Pull Ups - 300lb total weight pull up
Pull Ups - 30 with body weight
2 mile run - 12:20
5k - 20 min

Cut but do not use a weight to determine where to cut to use a bf%. If you can cut to about 15%, then you can bulk again slowly. Either way good lifts so far they actually aren't bad at all for your body weight honestly. Keep going you will get there.
Legends are not about the goals, but the journey to reach them.
You can't reach buried treasue without going through some dirt.
