The Vine vids were cute. Especially Lilly I love Mimosa's... without the OJ Oh, that's just champagne!! Ok, I can deal.
We took the pups for a short 1 mile walk tonight, Abby got to see three bunnies. Made her happy (happier if we would let her off leash )

Good Morning..
Well it was good until about 20 mins ago. I got up ready to tackle today. I walked 3 miles on a 4% incline...went to the store and got all my good foods..oh and some wine
Took Lilly outside when i got back. I was reading and she was chasing squirrels and playing around..so when it was time to come in i look over and she is hobbling to me.
Her back right foot is all cramped up looking. I think it might be broke. So i have called the vet and i am heading out in a few.. Poor baby..
Update
OK we just got back from the vet and she is fine..of course as soon as we get there her foot is ok...lol
Just a little sprain didn't even have to take an x-ray
Wow 45.00 that is the cheapest i ever got out of the vets office

Good Morning..
Boy what a yuck day it is here..stormy,humid and wet and to make matter worse my food scale died so i had to make a trip to Target and get a new one. I decided to invest in a good one this time. It was 32.00 but worth it.
Ok so since i know my running days are now behind me..i mean even after i go to the doctor i am not going to put my joints through all that impact again...i have decided to get back into lifting again. Real lifting not the Fitnessglo website things i have been doing..that was ok when i was running to but now i want to build some muscle. Julia is sweet and is going to help.
I am also going to redo my eating plan..which as you know over the past few months has been all over the place..
So i will be lifting about 4-5 days doing yoga and for my cardio just walking on an incline for 3 miles.
Yesterday for my workout i walked 3 miles on a 4% incline for 3 miles and did an hour of yoga in the afternoon.
Today so far i did 30 minutes of yoga
Meals
M1- 1 cup light soy almond milk,22g protein,100g banana
M2- 40g oats,2 egg whites,cinnamon
M3- sweet potato,tuna,broccoli
M4- Julia's frozen yogurt
M5- 4oz grilled chicken,broccoli
M6-Julia's frozen yogurt
Calories-1321
Fat-14.1g
Fiber-23.8
Carbs-146.7
Protein-166.1g

Yep, looks good! Glad you upped those fats. Use some whole eggs too. Besides the frozen yogurt another thing I do with greek yogurt is to add 16gr (1 TB) of almond or peanut butter, 1 packet stevia, and mix it all together, yummy! Good way to add those fats too. I supposed that could be frozen as well...

Good Morning..
Well i took my measurements this morning and things are not as bad as i thought which makes me happy.
I thought for sure i was over 145 but thankfully that is not the case. I am down a few pounds from the last time i measured which was 2-1 of this year.
Wow right. I am going to log it on the BodySpace here.
Julia- That you so much for the email. I did not look at until late last night but i will look it over later this morning. Thank you again for taking the time to help me.
This is something i really want and need to do. Oh and PB is a trigger food for me so i can even have it in the house. Sad huh..but i go insane. I use flaxseed and whole eggs and make a muffin
or protein powder and flaxseed
